Terms and Conditions of Sale


1. Deposits and Holding Fees

a) Any deposit paid including holding or service deposits, is non-refundable unless the Dealer agrees otherwise in writing.

b)  Paying a deposit confirms that the Customer intends to go ahead with the purchase and allows the vehicle and/or services to be reserved.

2. Additional Services and Charges

a) If the Customer asks for extra work after paying a deposit, such as servicing, mechanical repairs, cosmetic work, MOT preparation, or valeting, the Customer agrees to pay for those services.

b) If the Customer later decides not to proceed or cancels the agreement, the Dealer may charge for any work already completed before cancellation.

3. Vehicle Delivery

a) The Dealer aims to have vehicles ready for delivery within 14 days of the agreement being confirmed. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary

b) Delays caused by circumstances outside the Dealer’s control will not be treated as a breach of contract.

4. Delivery Fees

a) Where delivery is requested, a charge of £1.50 per mile will apply unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.

5. Collection and Storage of Vehicles

a) Once the Customer has been notified that the vehicle is ready, it must be collected within 7 days.

b) If the vehicle is not collected within this period, reasonable daily storage charges may apply.

c) If payment is not completed and the vehicle is not collected within 7 days of notification, the Dealer may consider the agreement cancelled.

6. Cancellation and Resale of Vehicles

a) If the Customer cancels the agreement outside of any permitted cancellation rights, or does not complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe, the Dealer may sell the vehicle to another buyer.

b) If the agreement is cancelled, the Customer understands and accepts that the deposit will not be refunded.

c) Copies of relevant receipts for recoverable costs will be provided on request.

7. Courtesy Vehicles

a) Where a courtesy vehicle is provided, the Customer must have fully comprehensive insurance that covers its use.

b) A charge of £40 per day applies for the use of a courtesy vehicle unless stated otherwise in writing.

c) If the Customer ends the agreement after receiving a courtesy vehicle, any outstanding courtesy vehicle charges will still be payable.

8. Website Information and Accuracy

a) The Dealer takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all details are complete or free from errors.

9. Vehicle Descriptions and Images

a) Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as a general guide and may not reflect every detail of the vehicle.

b) These descriptions and images do not form part of the contract.

c) Vehicle colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, and exact colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

10. Part Exchange Valuations

a) Any part exchange values given online or verbally are indicative only and based on the information provided by the Customer.

b) A final part exchange value will be confirmed once the vehicle has been inspected in person by the Dealer.
